Blyth Scholars gather at Pembroke College

The Blyth Scholars who are currently studying in Cambridge gathered last week at Pembroke College for a dinner hosted by Sam Blyth, the founder of the Blyth scholarship programme.

The scholars are all undergraduate students from Canada, working in a variety of fields - Mathematics, Linguistics, National Sciences and Engineering. Each student gave a full acount of his or her year in Cambridge, the highs and the lows, the academic challenges and the social opportunities.

Three more Blyth Scholars will arrve in Cambridge next year to start their courses with support from the scholarship programme.

Sam Blyth studied Social Anthropology at Pembroke College, and is founder and CEO of Blyth Education, the leading provider in Canada of international high school programmes.
