Aker Scholarship at University of Cambridge

This scholarship is available to Norwegian students and students with a strong link to Norway, who are taking a Masters or PhD degree in any subject, and is tenable at any College.

Application:	Candidates are selected by Aker (not the Trust). To ensure that they are considered for this scholarship, applicants must: 1) apply direct to the Aker Scholarship in the year before that in which they wish to start their studies in Cambridge; and 2) apply for admission to the University of Cambridge by the funding deadline specific to their course (please refer to the Postgraduate Course Directory).

ANID-Chile Cambridge Scholarship

This scholarship is available to Masters and PhD applicants from Chile in any subject. It is tenable at any College.

Application:	Candidates are selected by ANID (not the Trust). To ensure that they are considered for this scholarship, applicants must: 1) check with ANID the funding call deadlines and details of the application process, and apply accordingly; and 2) apply for admission to the University of Cambridge by the funding deadline specific to their course (please refer to the Postgraduate Course Directory).
Conditions:	Successful applicants will be required to submit certain documents to ANID before receiving confirmation of the scholarship, and to sign an undertaking to return to Chile after completion of their studies in Cambridge.

Beit Cambridge Scholarship

This scholarship is available to Masters applicants normally resident in Zambia, Zimbabwe or Malawi in any subject. It is tenable at any College.

Application:	Candidates are selected by Beit (not the Trust). Bhutan King's Scholarship at the University of Cambridge

This scholarship is available to Masters-level applicants from Bhutan. It is tenable at any College.

BP Cambridge Scholarship for Egypt

This scholarship is available to Masters applicants from Egypt. It is tenable at any College.

Conditions:	Priority will be given to applicants in subjects relevant to the work of BP in Egypt - mainly Energy Technologies, Business, Economics and Development Studies. Scholars are required to return to Egypt to work for two years at the end of their course in Cambridge.

Cambridge Africa Changemakers Scholarship

The Cambridge Africa Changemakers Scholarship is a programme of full-cost scholarships for PhD students in any subject, open to candidates from any country in Africa. It is tenable at any college.

It aims to provide support to talented students who require financial assistance to take up their places at the University. Priority will be given to students whose research contributes to the development of the Continent and to climate-resilient and sustainable futures for Africa and the world.

This scholarship programme is closely affiliated with the Mastercard Foundation scholars programme.

Cambridge Marshall PhD Scholarship

This scholarship is available to PhD applicants from the USA who are recipients of a two-year Marshall Scholarship, and will fund the third year of a three-year PhD course in any subject. It is tenable at any College.

Application:	Candidates are selected by Marshall (not the Trust). To ensure that they are considered for this scholarship, applicants must: 1) be a recipient of a two-year Marshall Scholarship, for which a separate application is required; and 2) apply for admission to the University of Cambridge by the funding deadline specific to their course (please refer to the Postgraduate Course Directory), and have a conditional offer of admission.
Conditions:	Applicants should be US citizens who are recipients of a two-year Marshall Scholarship, which they intend to apply to fund a PhD course at the University of Cambridge.
Value:	The Cambridge Marshall PhD Scholarship will fund the University tuition fee and a maintenance stipend sufficient for a single person for the third year of a three-year PhD course.

Cambridge Masters Studentship

These studentships are available to all applicants, regardless of fee status, for one-year postgraduate study in any subject. They are tenable at any College.

Applicants who have already obtained, or are about to graduate with, a Masters or PhD level qualification will not be eligible.

The Trust is unable to offer scholarships for part-time MSt courses at any Department within the University. Please note, MSt courses are not the same as MASt courses (MASt courses are eligible).

Cambridge Opportunity Studentships and Get In Cambridge Studentships

Cambridge Opportunity Studentships are for Masters students from low-income households with experience of educational disadvantage who are set at the Home rate for fees.

Get In Cambridge Studentships follow the same criteria and are reserved to address under-representation of students from Black, British Bangladeshi or British Pakistani backgrounds.

You will be asked to answer specific questions as part of the admissions application form.
Conditions:	Essential Criteria: Applicants must not already be qualified at Masters level or higher, nor currently undertaking postgraduate study. You must also be able to agree with the following statement, and to provide evidence on request: I do not have the existing financial means (in the form of savings, assets, other awards, or an income independent of hours worked) to finance the proposed course of study. Additional Criteria: In addition to the essential criteria above, other additional criteria is detailed on the admissions application form. If there are other challenging life circumstances you feel should be taken into account, for example, educational disruption due to moving school or illness, doing paid work during full-time undergraduate study, circumstances that limited your choice of undergraduate university, an unusual route to postgraduate study, or anything else, then you may be eligible.

This scholarship is available to Italian students undertaking a Masters degree. Preference will be given to female candidates applying for a STEM Masters degree (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering & Biotechnology, Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Physics, and related fields).

DeepMind Scholarship

DeepMind Technologies Limited is a world leader in artificial intelligence research and its application to real-world problems. DeepMind is pleased to offer the DeepMind Cambridge Scholarship, fully-funded scholarships for students studying AI-related fields, through the Cambridge Trust.

The scholarship programme is part of an effort to build a stronger and more inclusive AI community, to bring a wider range of experiences to the fields of AI and computer science. As such, the scholarships fully fund female and/or Black students to study AI-related fields at the University of Cambridge, these groups being currently under-represented. Scholars are also offered support from a DeepMind mentor, and have opportunities to attend leading AI academic conferences and DeepMind events. These Climate Action Scholarships are for Masters and PhD students from small island nations. This studentship is available to applicants with Overseas fee status who wish to study for a four-year MRes + PhD course in the area of Oncology. It is tenable at any College.

Williams Papworth Studentship

The Williams Papworth Studentship provides full or partial support for students from the Tibetan Plateau or surrounding countries or regions. The studentship seeks to support students committed to the practical application of knowledge and/or the development of ideas. The potential of the applicant to make a significant, positive and forward-looking contribution to his/her own community and the wider world is overall more important than the subject of study, ethnicity or religious affiliation. Past students have studied Criminology, Veterinary Science, Business, Conservation Leadership, Business, Linguistics and Education. Applications from those wishing to study other academic disciples are also welcome although preference will not normally be given to those wishing to study Social Anthropology. The studentship is tenable at any College.

Conditions:	Preference may be given to applicants who are ethnically or culturally connected with the Himalayan region. The studentship is normally available for one-year postgraduate courses. This scholarship is available to Masters applicants from Kenya, in any subject. It is only tenable at Wolfson College.
