The scholarship is available for any subject, and is tenable at any college.

Offered in partnership with The Hill Foundation.

Value

  • University tuition fee
  • Annual Stipend (sufficient for a single person)
  • Other allowances (visa, immigration health surcharges, travel, etc.)

Conditions

  • Applicants must have undertaken a first degree at a Russian university.  For undergraduate study, this scholarship is only offered for affiliated applicants who have undertaken a first degree at a Russian University and who are applying for a second undergraduate degree at the University of Cambridge.
  • Note your country of ordinary residence is the country in which you are normally resident, out of choice and for a settled purpose, apart from temporary or occasional absences.  It is not a country in which you are studying, working or living temporarily.
  • Preference will be given to applicants who have not previously enrolled in any other degree programme outside of Russia.
  • It is the intention of both the Foundation and the Trust that graduates of the programme make a meaningful contribution to the development of Russia and promote east/west understanding. In the past, graduates have returned to Russia to make their contribution directly in country and it is hoped that in the future this will be possible again.

How to apply

No separate application is required for this scholarship, only the application for admission to the University of Cambridge, which must be submitted by the funding deadline specific to your course (please refer to the Postgraduate Course Directory)
