Wolfson OCS Kenya Scholarship

This scholarship is available to Masters applicants from Kenya, in any subject. It is only tenable at Wolfson College.

Offered in partnership with The Oxford & Cambridge Society of Kenya and Wolfson College.

Value

  • University tution fee
  • Annual stipend (sufficient for a single person)
  • Immigration Health Surcharge
  • The total value of the scholarship will not normally exceed £40,000

Conditions

  • Applicants should:
    • require financial assistance in order to study at Cambridge
    • mark Wolfson College as their first-choice college
    • intend to return to Kenya at the end of their postgraduate study

How to apply

No separate application is required for this scholarship, only the application for admission to the University of Cambridge, which must be submitted by the funding deadline specific to your course (please refer to the Postgraduate Course Directory)

Oxford & Cambridge Society of Kenya

The Oxford & Cambridge Society of Kenya was founded in the 1920s, and since then has represented alumni of both universities in Kenya. It has about 200 members, and has long supported Kenyan students on courses in Oxford and Cambridge.

The Society works with the Cambridge Trust and Wolfson College to offer the Wolfson OCS Kenya Scholarship, available to Masters applicants in any subject.

Wolfson College

Wolfson College is known as the most cosmopolitan college in Cambridge, with postgraduate students and mature undergraduate students from all over the world. In addition to a large number of senior academics and post-doctoral researchers, the college regularly invites visiting academics from abroad, further enhancing its international reputation.

The College works with the Cambridge Trust and the Oxford and Cambridge Society of Kenya to offer the Wolfson OCS Kenya Scholarship, available to Kenyan Masters applicants in any subject.
