Dr Rachel Coupe

Deputy Director (Awards)

Rachel joined the Trust as Deputy Director (Awards) in 2024. Rachel has a deep understanding of the University of Cambridge having spent 17 years working in a variety of professional services roles including Interim Academic Secretary and, for the last four years, Head of Academic and Financial Planning & Analysis.

Prior to starting her career in the University, Rachel spent 6 years as an international student in New York where she earned her doctorate, before which she spent 3 years in banking working with N M Rothschild & Sons Ltd. Rachel leads the Trust's student awards programme to provide support to students to come to the University of Cambridge.
