Trust seeks new Head of Finance and Operations

We are seeking a new Head of Finance and Operations to lead the Trust’s finances, risk governance and operations during an exciting era of development for the organisation.

Following completion of an independent strategic review undertaken last year, we have restructured our Leadership Team and are now implementing changes and innovating in a variety of areas.

The Head of Finance and Operations will have responsibility for the budgeting, financial planning and investment strategies of the Trust and will work to create and implement a robust multi-year business plan.

They will serve as Company Secretary to our Board of Trustees - a committed group who support and guide the Trust in delivering our objectives - ensuring adherence to governance best practice and addressing financial, operational and reputational risk for the Trust. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the broader operational functions are managed effectively.

Reporting to the Director of the Trust, the Head of Finance and Operations will be part of the senior leadership team and will contribute to the strategic development of the Trust, responding to opportunity and risk in an ever-changing sector.
