DNV GL
Amy Li Cambridge Scholarship
This scholarship has been established in memory of Amy Li and is jointly funded by her former employer DNV GL, a leading organization in the maritime, oil and gas, and energy industries, and the Cambridge Commonwealth, European & International Trust.
Amy was born in China and won a place to study Chemical Engineering at Emmanuel College. After graduating in 2010 she took up a post as an oil and gas safety engineer in Aberdeen with DNV GL. She died in 2013, but her colleagues at DNV GL decided to remember her by establishing a scholarship that would enable international students to follow in her footsteps at Cambridge, and develop their own keen thirst for excellence in their chosen field..
The scholarships will be awarded to undergraduates from any country outside the EU studying Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
